<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a hydraulic material molded article retained in plasticity of a raw material and improved in moldability by molding a hydraulic material with a specific amount of fibers such as pulp opened by shearing force and impact force and having prescribed particle distribution as main raw materials. CONSTITUTION:A molded article using a hydraulic material, pulp and other reinforcing fibers, filler, thickener, etc., as raw materials is produced according to the following processes: A pulp is ground by a shearing type grinder at the first stage and opened by an impact grinder at the second stage. Then the resultant fiber having <= 5 % content of remainder after sieving consisting of fiber having >= 3,360 mu fiber length and <= 40 % sieve-passed content of fiber in particle distribution is blended with other components at an amount of 2 - 15 wt. % based on total raw materials. The blended is extruded by extrusion method or injection into a mold to provide the hydraulic material molded article.</p> |
