PURPOSE:To speed up plotting operation by making the rate of the time for plotting access in a display period higher than the rate of the time for plotting access in a period other than the display period. CONSTITUTION:The rate of the time for the plotting access in the display period is made higher than the rate of the time for the plotting access in the period other than the display period. In concrete, a signal from a timing processor 53 is received to repeat (m)-time display access (m: integer larger than 1) by a timing processor 53 and (n)-time drawing access (n: integer larger than 1) by a plotting processor 51 in the display period of a display device, and perform plotting access continuously >=(n+1) times by the plotting processor 51 in the period other than the display period of the display device. Therefore, a display controller 13 secures the time for plotting access to refresh memories 161 and 162 sufficiently. Consequently, the operation is speeded up. |
