PURPOSE:To output a slip for check covering required modules with easy designation by providing a reference table generating part, a comparison table generating part, and a slip generating part. CONSTITUTION:A reference table generating part 1 extracts each prescribed module name of a designated reference data set from a designated volume 4 to generate a reference table 5. A comparison table generating part 2 retrieves all data sets of the designated volume 4 to generate a comparison table 6 where a prescribed updating date of a module having the same module name as each module in the reference table 5 is held. A form generating part 3 generates a check form 7 indicating all update dates at every module name in accordance with the reference table 5 and the comparison table 6. Thus, the check slip 7 covering required modules of a required volume is automatically outputted without designating individual data sets.
