PURPOSE:To easily input characters by temporarily saving the display state of a window display state control table to a save register just before the characters are inputted, and reloading the window display state control table so that an input object window can come to the front of a display screen. CONSTITUTION:When the character is inputted to the input object window, a table reloading means 14 temporarily saves the contents a window display state control table 11, which shows the display state just before the character is inputted, to a save register 13 and reloads the window display state control table 11 so that the input object can come to the front of a display screen 211. Accordingly, when the character is inputted to the input object window, the input object window automatically comes to the front of the display screen and a user can observe the conditions of all the input characters without fail. Thus, the user can input the characters without being conscious of the display position of the input object window or the positioning relation of each window. |
