<p>PURPOSE:To easily input even a character or a mark whose reading and character code are unknown by converting the character or the mark to the character code by recognizing the character or the mark when it is written on a panel, and inputting it to a front end processor(FEP) instead of the output of a keyboard. CONSTITUTION:A hand-written character recognizing device 40 is added on a word processor 10. The hand-written character recognizing device 40 can be formed in an adaptor format for the word processor 10 as shown in Figure, or, it can be incorporated in the word processor 10. When the character or the mark is written on the panel, the character or the mark is recognized, and is converted to the character code, and it is inputted to the FEP 14 instead of the output of the keyboard 31. Thereby, it is possible to easily input even the character and the mark whose reading or character codes are unknown.</p> |
