A black fiber-reactive dye composition comprises 60-90 wt.% cpd. of formula (I), 5-30 wt.% cpd. of formula (II) and 5-10 wt.% cpd. of formula (III). In the formula, M is H or alkali(earth) metal; X1 and X2 are COCH3, -SO3M or -CH=CH; Y is Cl; R is -CH3, H or -COOH; R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are each H, Cl, -OCH3 or -CH3. The dye composition has a good dyeing levelness and brilliance for dyed materials.
