PURPOSE:To plot a specific color out of plural colors being plotted on a screen selectively with a designated color by setting at least either a re-painting permitting color to permit re-painting to the designated color or a re-painting prohibiting color for the plural colors being already plotted on the screen, re- painting the color. CONSTITUTION:Prior to color designation, the re-painting permitting color and the re-painting prohibiting color out of the plural colors being already plotted on the screen are set, and they are stored in a re-painting permitting color storage part 6 and a re-painting prohibiting color storage part 7, respectively. The color set as the re-painting permitting color is re-painted to the color designated by a plotting module 2, and the color set as the re-painting prohibiting color is preserved in a plotting pattern storage part 4 as it is. Also, a control module 3 generates dot pattern data for display from a plotting pattern generated with the plotting module 2, and it is outputted to a display 5. Thereby, the color except for the specific color can be re-painted to the color designated newly without erasing the specific color plotted on the screen. |
