PURPOSE:To get rid of warpage and to improve dimensional stability by molding a copper-clad laminated sheet obtd. by press molding, by another press under a low pressure after cutting. CONSTITUTION:For example, a plularity of prepregs prepd. by immersing a glass fabric with an epoxy resin are laminated and is addition, copper foils are laminated on both faces thereof. The laminated sheets are set between hot plates and they are inserted and pressed by a press to perform the first molding to obtain a laminated sheet. The obtd. laminated sheet is cut. Then, each laminated sheet is set up side down and the second molding is performed under a low pressure. Warpage and directional anisotropy of strain produced in the first molding are corrected by the second molding and furthermore, inter nal strain which remains in the laminated sheet is removed by pressing and reheating under a low pressure. |
