The opening and closing valve of the invention is made up through the use of two bodies which can be coupled together, one acting as a grip (8) in which the filter (9) is housed, ending at the front in a disc (12) and on which a spring (13) acts, and the other acting as a head. The filter (9) can move in the axial direction so that, by the actuation of a lever (20), opening is brought about in the passage of the liquid, from the pipe in communication with the tank (2) as far as the tube of the lance (5) carrying the spray nozzle (7). <IMAGE>
