An air conditioner 1 equipped with an indoor unit 2 and a controller 3. The controller 3 is equipped with: a display unit 4 capable of displaying the airflow in a two-dimensional or a three-dimensional manner; an operation unit 5 for performing display operations with respect to the display unit 4; a controller communication unit 6a for sending and receiving operation content to and from the operation unit 5; and a storage unit 7 capable of storing multiple airflow patterns arbitrarily set by a user. Furthermore, the indoor unit 2 is equipped with: an indoor unit communication unit 6b for sending and receiving with respect to the controller communication unit 6a of the controller 3; and an air-conditioning control unit 8. This configuration makes it possible for the user to display and set airflow patterns in the air conditioner 1 in a detailed manner, thereby enabling optimal air-conditioning settings in accordance with the indoor environment. |
