PURPOSE: To make compact a system at a low cost by feeding a liquid substantially laterally to the carrying direction of an object to be processed such that the liquid reaches the object at a predetermined reach angle. CONSTITUTION: Objects 1, 1' to be processed are carried horizontally on a carrying drum 3 and a processing solution (liquid) is fed to a distributor comprising a tube 7. The tube 7 has a plurality of flow-out ports 8 arranged in a row and the area of flow-through cross-sectional area 9 of the tube 7 is set larger than the total cross-sectional area of all flow-out ports 8. A partial liquid flowing out through the flow-out port 8 in the direction shown by an arrow 10 is caused to collide, at a collision angleβ, against a slightly curved guide 12 and deflected upward as a liquid flow 13. The liquid 13 reaches the objects 1, 1' to be processed at a reach angleα. The objects 1, 1' are printed wiring boards each having a through hole 4 and a bottomed hole 5, as required.
