<p>The frame and crown comprise a frame for columns which manoeuvre a number of floats supporting sails for wind energy captation, the floating bodies absorbing energy from water waves. By movement of the crown in relation to the frame, the position of the columns is varied. This causes the floats to be set at an angle towards the wind/wave directions which makes the wheel ring rotate. The rotary fence is transmitted by a line coil via a gearing arrangement to an electrical generator on a floating platform anchored to the seabed. Electricity transmission to land is via a rotatable union on the anchor chain.</p> |
