An apparatus relates to the extraction of an ascending liquor of the bulb by the partial pressure generated in the jet nozzle of the venturi tube. The apparatus includes a partial pressure generating curcuit connected with an inlet and outlet of the venturi tube and a transfer pump, an exhaust curcuit connected with an exhausting tube of the siphon and a jet nozzle of the venturi tube, and an extraction curcuit connected with an exhausting tube of the liquor and an absorbing tube of the siphon.
