The method for operating 3-door type refrigerator with indirect cooling, prevents spreading of odor, generated from fermented foods in a cold-storage room. The refrigerator has a thermistor in the middle chamber, a capsule chamber having a damper for controlling the circulating cold-air outlet, a micro computer memorizing programs for preventing the spreading of odor. Following the middle chamber opened or closed, switch operates on/off.
