The system composition of oscilloscope has a circuit for storing output data of an A/D converter circuit, a computer with program for converting the stored data of RAMs (8,8') to waveform , a resister (2) for controlling voltage which is connected with the computer (1), A/D converter (5) and counter circuit (6) connected with the output of frequency divide circuit (4). The AND circuits (AND1,AND2) have acatuating function for buffer circuits (10-1,10-2). The output of A/D converter circuit (11), is inputed to RAM (8') through the buffer circuit (10-2), and addressed for RAM (8') passing through multiplex (7') for output values from counter circuit (6).
