VENTILATING SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet capable of readily handling and firmly thermally sewing by fixing a crude mesh fabric-like base cloth of warp and weft of multifilament yarn through a specific covering layer of yarn in a crossing point of yarn. CONSTITUTION:Warp 1 and weft 2 of a multifilament yarn are each covered with a foam layer of a thermoplastic polymer to afford covered yarns 1A and 2A. Melting point of the thermoplastic polymer of covering layer 1a is at least 5 deg.C lower than the melting point or thermal decomposing temperature of the multifilament yarn of warp 1 and weft 2. The covering layer 1a is pressed together with the yarn and crossing point of the yarn is wrapped with the covering layer to mutually fix the yarn. Cross section of the yarn is formed into flat shape (11:12=1.3:1 to 5:1) parallel to the plane of sheet by pressure. Weft 2A of the base cloth extends in arc state mutually in parallel.
