PURPOSE:To constitute the title method so that a cycle time can be shortened and a thickness of a slush skin can be unified forcibly, by a method wherein selective foaming of a resin powder layer containing a foaming agent is carried out by performing pressurization decompression under heating. CONSTITUTION:After sticking resin powder containing a foaming agent to the surface of a heated mold 1, and pressurization of the inside of a mold 1 a slush formed skin where a surface side is made into a nonfoaming skin layer and a rear side is made into a foaming layer is molded by performing decompression. Hereupon, it is preferably that pressurizing force is at least several kg/cm<2>. Therefore, molding of a foamed slush skin can be performed by only one time loading of a material and collective process by making use of one kind of material. With this construction, a cycle time can be shortened, a post heating process is not necessary and the foamed slush skin can be molded into a uniform thickness. |
