A polyamide resin composition is composed of 100 wt. parts. of polyamide resin and 2-50 wt. parts. of ionomer of formula (IV) [N = 5-1000; M = Na or Zn i.e. metal salt of carboxyl gp.branched ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer. The polyamide resin is composed of 5-95 wt. parts. nylon-46 resin of formula (I) [n = 50-200 , and 5-95 wt. parts. nylon-66 resin of formula (II) [n = 35-180 , nylon- 6 resin of formula (III) [n = 120-250 and/or its copolymer. The polyamide resin composition has a good impact-resistance and heat-resistance.
