The invention relates to an installation for producing solutes for perfusion. It comprises: - a glove box in which a work bench (16) is placed, into which there lead, within reach of the gloved hands of the operator standing outside, the compartments capable of receiving the flexible bags (8), for the production of the desired volumes of injectable solutions; - microwave applicators associated with the abovementioned compartments and situated under the work bench, for sterilising the contents of the bags; - one or more stages (20, 22) for ventilation and filtration of air, ensuring an absence of dust within the glove box; - an installation (5) for producing distilled water which the operator uses to fill the said bags.
