A display system for construction machinery is provided with: a movement direction calculation unit (111b) for calculating the predicted movement direction of a bucket (1c); an attachment-tool display control unit (111e) that, when the movement of the bucket is predicted by the movement direction calculation unit, alters the display position of a bucket image (50) in accordance with the predicted movement direction such that the area of a region on a display screen of a monitor (12) which is positioned on the predicted-movement-direction side of the bucket image (50) is greater than in a case when the bucket image is displayed at a reference position, and displaying the bucket image at the reference position (C) on the display screen when the movement of the bucket cannot be predicted by the movement direction calculation unit; and a desired-surface display control unit (111d) for displaying, on the display screen, images (52, 54, 56) of desired surfaces included in the display screen when the bucket image is displayed at a display position determined by the attachment-tool display control unit. |
