The present invention includes a pinion (2) fixed to a screwdriving machine (1), entraining a pinion (5) inside which is a fixed or removable central part (8) into which the shank (12) passes and where the nut (13) is positioned. The pinion (5) is stabilised by an upper rolling-contact bearing (6) and a lower rolling-contact bearing (7) in the casing (3), this said casing (3) being fixed to the screwdriving machine (1) by holding arms (4).
