MANNER OF FABRICATION OF SAW WITH CERAMIC LAYERS INCORPORATED INSIDE THE TEETH

摘要

It is known the manner of incorporation the ceramic layers, named coats, into the outer surface of cutting tools, also saws. The new in the invention is that ceramic layers are incorporated inside teeth of saw during a new original technological process. The new of this technological process is the change of substance of saw teeth. The saw teeth are not only a steel cutting tool, but it is a tool in which both steel and ceramic characters are used. This process is realised by incorporation of ceramic materials into steel band of saw teeth during the step of saw fabrication. In this process the methods of incorporation of ceramic layers on outer steel surface and a method of metallurgic coupling of steel sheets are combined.
