In a hand firearm, a drum magazine (4) projects into the forward path of the breech block (9) and has several cartridge compartments which can be taken into a position aligning the breech block (19) and the cartridge chamber. The breech block (9) has an extractor engaging each caseless cartridge by spring pressure in a peripheral groove (3) and in each cartridge compartment is arranged an extraction limiting device (7) which replaces an unfired cartridge in the magazine. |
