摘要 <p>This process of manufacture comprises the following stages: a) - forming an electrically insulating porous substrate (12) containing an oxidising agent whose anion acts as a dopant; b) - preparing at room temperature a first solution (9) containing essentially 90 to 99% by volume of at least one liquid monomer containing at least one cyclic carbon chain with conjugated double bonds and 1 to 10% by volume of a second solvent increasing the vapour pressure of the monomer, c) - chemically depositing in vapour phase onto and/or into the porous substrate a continuous coating (16) of an electron-conducting polymer doped with the dopant, by evaporating the first solution at room temperature for a sufficient time and by subjecting the substrate to the vapour of this first solution, this polymer resulting from the chemical oxidation of the monomer of the first solution.
