EXAMPLE:1-{2-[4-(4-Benzyloxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-piperazinyl]acet-yl}am ino-7- hydroxy-2,2,4,6-tetramethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-e. USE:An anoxia-improving agent. Useful for improving cerebration, amnesia, senile dementia. PREPARATION:A compound of formula III is reacted with a compound of formula IV in the presence of a hydrogen halide-removing agent (e.g. triethyl amine) in a solvent such as methyl alcohol at 0-120 deg.C to obtain the compound of formula I. |
