PURPOSE:To improve coloring sensitivity and the retain-stability of colored image by using 3-(N-isobutyl-N-methylamino)-6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran as a coloring agent, and combining a specific ester oxalate as a sensitizer. CONSTITUTION:3-(N-isobutyl-N-methylamino)-6-methyl-7-anilino-fluoran, which is used as a coloring agent, is characterized by an X-ray diffraction pattern which shows a high peak at an diffraction angle (2theta) 6.9 deg. by Cu-Kalpha rays and shows a comparatively high peak at 19.4 deg., and is a compound of which melting point is 159-161 deg.. As a developer, a phenolic substance which is represented by bisphenol A, aromatic carboxylic acid, or their ester and polyhydric metallic salt, etc., is used, and in addition, as a sensitizer, ester oxalate shown by the formula is used. In the formula, R shows hydrogen atom or lower alkyl group. |
