PURPOSE:To improve a workability and to make superior in an acoustic characteristic by compounding to bury a packing material in a cutting groove, and forming a common electrode on other principal plane. CONSTITUTION:The concentric circular electrode side of the one principal plane side of a piezoelectric plate 6 is stuck on a packing material 10, a cutting channel 11 from the other principal plane of the piezoelectric plate 6 to thick plate conductors 7a and 7b is provided in the two-dimensional direction, and a packing material 8 is buried. Therefore, since the thick plate conductors 7a and 7b, divided into piezoelectric slices 12, maintain the electrically connecting state of the concentric circle without separating, the thick plate electrode is used as the concentric circular electrode. Thereby, after compounding to bury the packing material 8, it becomes unnecessary to remove it from the working plate, and since an acoustic impedance is different between a vibrating part and a non-vibrating part, a crosstalk becomes excellent. Thus, the workability is improved while maintaining a vibration characteristic. |
