<p>PURPOSE:To increase a light shielding rate and to obviate the electrical conduction of adjacent transparent electrodes to each other by successively laminating a metallic black matrix, insulating film, transparent electrodes, and dyestuff layer on one surface of an insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:A metallic thick film for forming the black matrix is laminated on one surface of the insulating substrate 1 and is patterned to form the metallic black matrix 2. The insulating film 3 is then laminated to cover the metallic black matrix 2. A transparent electrode forming material is laminated on this insulating film 3 and the transparent electrodes 4 are formed by patterning the transparent electrode material. Further, the dyestuff layers 5 are laminated by a dyestuff film forming method using the conducting treatment for the transparent electrodes 4. The high light shielding rate is obtd. in this way and the good insulating characteristic and high color purity are obtd.</p> |
