<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processes and to provide thin electronic machinery by mounting a CPU or a liquid crystal display keyboard on a thin board and removing the mounted part after the completion of mounting to perform molding. CONSTITUTION:Thin electronic machinery (IC card) is prepared by mounting respective parts such as a liquid crystal display 21, a keyboard 22 or a contact 23 on a board 20 to electrically connect them and subsequently covering the rear of the board 20 with a cover 32. Opening parts are formed to the cover 32 at the parts where the liquid crystal display 21, the keyboard 22 and the contact 23 are provided. The card is arranged between upper and lower molds 33, 34 and the molds 33, 34 are clamped to inject a molding material from an injection port 35. The respective parts of the liquid crystal display 21, the keyboard 22 and the contact 23 are removed to integrally perform molding. The thickness of a molded body 38 is set to 0.1-0.2mm. Therefore, not only the number of manufacturing processes but also the number of parts can be reduced and, as a result, the cost of the parts can be reduced.</p> |
