<p>PURPOSE:To adsorb a specified component in a treating gas at low temp. and to desorb an adsorbed component at high temp. by disposing plural honeycomb adsorbents, a Bakelite- made housing case for housing plural honeycomb adsorbents and a sheet heater and having a heat transfer buffering member between the sheet heater and the relevant honeycomb adsorbents. CONSTITUTION:Assuming that an adsorption body housed in a primary adsorption tower 1 is in the state of after regeneration and is in an activated state and an adsorption body housed in a secondary adsorption tower is in the state of after adsorption and in the completely absorbed condition of a solvent. Thus, the valves V1, V2 are opened and valves V5, V6 and V9 are closed, respectively. The flow rate control valves V10, V12 are set so that the prescribed recovered gas flows when the adsorption tower is in the state of reduced pressure. Also, the valves V3, V4, V7, V8 are closed, respectively, and the valve V11 is opened and the flow control valve V12 is set to the prescribed degree of opening and the prescribed recovered gas is made flow through the flow control valve V12. Then, air incorporating solvent is sucked by a blower 3 through a piping 21, and supplied into a cooler 4 through the piping 22 and the cooler. Accordingly, the temp. of air incorporating solvent is decreased into low temp., showing high adsorption efficiency of the adsorbent, and sent into the primary adsorption tower 1 through the pipings 23, 23a by the blower 3. Thus, the high efficiency of the solvent recovery device or the adsorption and desorption stages in the dehumidification device, etc., are attained.</p> |
