PURPOSE:To uniformly dry woven fabric in a short time by irradiating wet woven fabric with far infrared rays from a far infrared ray radiator facing a woven fabric traveling pathway between a weaving part and a winding part and having length corresponding to width of weaving machine. CONSTITUTION:In a water jet loom, woven fabric is uniformly irradiated with far infrared rays in the whole width of woven fabric and dried by arranging a radiating plate which faces to a woven fabric traveling pathway between a weaving part and a winding part, forms a ceramics coating film layer on the surface side and has length corresponding to the width of weaving machine and heating from the back side thereof with a facial heater. The far infrared ray heater unit can also be used for drying the yarn of a sizing machine. |
