New fungicidal wood-dye - contg. water-insol. prod. of reaction of humic acid(s) with organic fungicide

Fungicidal wood-dye contains a water-insol. prod. (I) from the reaction of a cationic or cationisable organic fungicide with humic acids or humic acid derivs. The fungicide is didecyldimethyl ammonium chloride, cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, lauryl-pyridinium chloride distearyl dimethylammonium chloride, N-(2-hydroxyhexadec-l-yl) -N,N-dimethyl-N-2- hydroxyethylammonium chloride, lauryldimethyl benzylammonium chloride, lauryl trimethyl ammonium chloride, myristyldimethyl benzylammonium chloride, tris-(oligooxyethyl) -alkylammonium phosphate, or polymeric ethylene glycol-imine. USE/ADVANTAGE - The dye is effective both against fungi and other cellulose-destroying microorganisms. It is relatively cheap to produce, does not interfere with the tree metabolism and is environmentally friendly.
