The suitcase which preferably has hard shells is designed with an integral safe (9) which is accessible from inside the case. The suitcase and safe can have individual or several components in common, e.g. the same locks. The safe can be fitted on the inside of the case opposite the handle (1) or can be integrated into the frame (2).
