<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the trouble in paper feed, aslant feed of paper sheet, etc., by prohibiting the rise of a rising tray during the paper feed by a paper feeding roller. CONSTITUTION:The top edge of an actuator 16 which contacts the upper surface of a paper sheet 3 lowers, as the quantity of paper sheets reduces, and when the actuator lowers by a previously set distance, a signal is outputted into a controller 18 from a detection switch 17. During the time when a driving signal is outputted into a paper feeding roller 10, the supply of a driving signal into a tray raising motor 8 is prohibited, even if a detection signal is input into the controller 18 from the detection switch 17, and the driving signal is outputted into the tray raising motor 8, after the paper feed is completed, and the paper feeding roller 10 stops. Therefore, a rising tray 4 is raised until the tray raising motor 8 revolves, and the detection switch 17 is turned-OFF again. Therefore, each time when the quantity of the paper sheets 3 reduces through the paper supply, the above-described operations are repeated, and the paper clogging due to the trouble in paper feed and aslant feed due to the rise of the rising tray 4 during the paper feed is prevented.</p> |
