An array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and an organic light-emitting diode display device. The array substrate (10) comprises a base substrate (100), the base substrate (100) comprising a display area (102) and a peripheral area (101) surrounding the display area (102). The display area (102) comprises: a plurality of data lines (12) and a plurality of gate lines (11) crossed with each other, a plurality of pixel areas (21) being formed as a matrix and being defined by the plurality of data lines (12) and the plurality of gate lines (11) which are formed on the base substrate (100) and crossed with each other, wherein a thin-film transistor (32) is formed in each of the plurality of pixel areas (21). Further, the array substrate (10) also comprises at least one solar cell unit (31), the solar cell units (31) and the thin-film transistors (32) being located on the same side of the base substrates (100), the solar cell units (31) being formed in at least one of the plurality of pixel areas (21) and the peripheral area (101). |
