摘要 The oscillator consists of a first FET, with a resonator between its gate and drain electrode. The oscillator frequency is tapped at the FET drain electrode. A master oscillator is coupled to the FET. To the FET (1) source electrode (G1) a second FET (2) drain electrode (D2) is coupled. The master oscillator (M) is linked to the seond FET gate electrode (G2). The oscillator frequency is stabilised by connecting the two FETs in series and by coupling the second FET drain electrode to the first FET source electrode, as above. The frequency of the master oscillator signal (1L) equals the required output frequency of the oscillator assembly (0), or a subharmonic of the same. USE/ADVANTAGE - For frequency mixers etc., with a stabilising facility without useful signal weakening, or interference risk.
