<p>A process for manufacturing a gridiron for roasting food which allows to obtain, from a monolithic metallic plate, grease guiding and dripping channels (13) which are deeper than those currently obtainable in material having a corresponding thickness. This is achieved by performing, with a first operation, transverse cuts (10) in the plate and, with a second operation, a stamping for drawing the channels (12) in the centerlines between the cuts, with simultaneous conversion of the preceding cuts into grilling slots (12). <IMAGE></p> |
