<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> is 1-4C alkyl, 3-7C cycloalkyl, (substituted) phenyl; R<2> is protecting group of amino group; R<3> is H or 1-4C alkyl; R<4> is 1-4C alkyl; R<5> is H or 1-4C alkyl]. EXAMPLE:(4S,5S)-N-t-butoxycarbonyl-5-(3-diazo-2-oxopropyl)-2,2-dimethy l-4- cyolohexylmethyl-1,3-oxazolidine. USE:Synthetic intermediate of renin-inhibiting peptide derivative, etc. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II is converted to reactive derivative such as acid halide, etc., and reacted with a diazo compound expressed by formula III at from 0 deg.C to room temperature for 5-15 hour in an inert solvent such as ether and in the presence or absence of a base (e.g. organic amine) to afford the compound expressed by the formula I.</p> |
