A wine tank is placed under the lower body (1b) to be heated for boiling by a burner underneath. The evaporated spirit passes through the filling to lose impurities having higher boiling points to the filling for the rectified spirit to be cooled in the body (1a) and condensed to be collected in a tank (12) via a drain (6).
