The apparatus produces fluorescent film under various conditions by combining various apparatuses into a package device so that it needs small rea and improves the efficiency of work. It consists of a main body equipped with a panel conveyance, a washing section for washing the panels conveyed, a panel drying section positioned at the side of the main body, and a sprayed-liquid withdrawing section.
