The apparatus for forming bean-curd comprises a generator for generating input signal of the micom, a drive for driving a motor by micom signal, a section for deciding the rotary direction of the motor, a transmission (E) for transmitting power of the driving motor, detectory (F,G) for detecting position of the upper and lower part formed at both side by driving shaft (9). The motor (1) is connected to the transmission to rotate driving shaft (5). The position detectors (F,G) are connected to sense a position of pressure jet plate (13), and (14) an elastic means (15) at support frame keeps the position of the jet plate (13) when the motor (1) stopped. |
