PURPOSE: To provide an accurate and highly reliable titled device composed of specified constitution capable of obtaining the pasta products of uniform quality by adjusting the supply of water and flour to a dough mixer and keeping dough in an optimum state. CONSTITUTION: A sensor 26 for sensing input power to a motor 19 for driving a screw 17 for extruding the dough through an extrusion plate 16 and a circuit 27 for generating first signals S1 corresponding to the instantaneous value of the input power are provided first. Further, the circuit 28 for comparing the first signals S1 with reference signals SR for indicating a power value absorbed by the motor 19 in the case that the dough is in the optimum state, detecting a positive difference (Δ+) or a negative difference (Δ-) and generating second signals S2 proportional to the Δ+ or the Δ- is provided. Then, in the case of detecting the Δ+, based on the signals S2 , the servo controller of a valve member 10 connected to a water supply line 9 is driven and the supply of the water is increased. In the opposite case, the supply of the water is decreased. |
