PURPOSE:To obtain a cooling and heating apparatus which solves such problems that a user feels chill because of low temperature and high flow rate of blowing air, heating rises slow, and the heating capacity falls as the outside temperature becomes lower. CONSTITUTION:A cooling and heating apparatus includes flat radiator units 10 that can be mounted on a ceiling 40, and an air conditioner. The radiator units 10 are equipped with external frames which emit far infrared rays 70 when heated and heaters which heat the external frames. The radiator units 10 and the air conditioner are controlled independently or in linkage with each other. |
