PURPOSE:To improve surface lubricating performance of a fusing portion and a welding portion and to keep foreign matter of resin or the like from adhering to the fusing portion and the welding portion so as to avoid a bad effect on fusion and welding. CONSTITUTION:Heated fusing portion 5 and welding portion 6 are provided on a surface of a seal bar 1 that confronts with a pressing bar 2. The surfaces of fusing portion 5 and the welding portion 6 are treated with fluorocarbon resin. The separation performance of the fusing portion 5 and the welding portion 6 can be improved by the above fluorocarbon resin treatment. |
