PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work for wiring a laying cable and to wire the laying cable at any position.SOLUTION: A robot 31 is inserted into a ceiling space via an opening that is formed on a ceiling panel, a front wheel and a rear wheel are rotated, and the robot 31 is moved by a thrust that is generated in a thrust generation part disposed in the front wheel and a thrust that is generated in a thrust generation part disposed in the rear wheel, with the rotations. The robot 31 is moved to a predetermined position, such that the laying cable is wired. The thrust generation part that is disposed in the front wheel generates the thrust by sucking a projection that is formed on the ceiling panel, in a predetermined region in a circumferential direction of the front wheel.
