PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply remote controller that allows an external apparatus to obtain appropriate data corresponding to a situation by simple operation, and a hot-water supply system comprising the remote controller.SOLUTION: A hot-water supply remote controller includes a plurality of operation switches for remotely operating a hot-water supply body and a case provided with the plurality of operation switches. The remote controller comprises: a first memory having a function to communicate with an NFC terminal device; a second memory having a function to communicate with the NFC terminal device; a position change mechanism for changing the position of the second memory relative to the first memory; and switching means for switching between permission and rejection for the NFC terminal to access the first memory depending on the position of the second memory while the hot-water supply remote controller is on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
