PURPOSE:To attain the connection between an existing digital terminal equipment and a high speed digital communication network by accommodating a general-purpose data communication X interface and a MODEM use V interface to an ISD network. CONSTITUTION:A 64kbps B channel data is matched with an intermediate speed data at a speed matching section 31 at a receiver side, a data fetch section 32 eliminates a synchronization bit frame and a control bit from the intermediate speed data to convert the result into the user data. Then a control bit control section 33 extracts a synchronizing frame bit and a control bit and a synchronizing fetch circuits 34,35 respectively extract head 8-bit and latter half 10-bit of the synchronizing frame bits and then synchronization end information is sent. Thus, the receiver side is provided with a speed matching means to convert the 64kbps B channel data is converted into the user data corresponding to the general-purpose data communication X interface and the MODEM use V interface to connect an existing digital terminal equipment and a high speed digital communication network. |
