1. A method for obtaining of 1.2-benzoiso-thiazolinone-3 by the reaction of dithio-salicylic acid with thionyl chloride in solvent environment and chlorination of the obtained semi-product, reaction with ammonia, rinsing out non-organic salts with water and distilling solvent, characterised in that the reaction of dithio-salicylic acid with thionyl chloride is carried out in carbohydrochloride solvent with excess of thionyl chloride up to 30 percent, in the presence of pyridine and/or alkyl derivatives of pyridine or dimethylformamide.
