The circuit controls the generating time of video image signal according to the position and form of papers when feeding manually. It includes a beam detector (7) for detecting the beam from a laser beam generator (1), and a revolving gear (6) for varying resistance value according to the gap between the guiding boards (1,1') of manual feeding board.
