PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A SUPER WATER REPELLENCY WOVEN

blending coarse fineness yarn and fine yarn satisfying the equations of (fineness of monofilament of coarse yarn)/(fineness of monofilament of fine yarn) = 3-5 and (number of monofilaments in fine yarn)/(number of monofilaments in coarse yarn) = 4-5; interlacing, in a way that 50-80 ea./m of interlace be offered so that the toal fineness is 80-150 denier to make differential fineness, the blended composite yarn; weaving the yarn with a plain pattern so that cover factor be 23-25; and finally water-repellent finishing. The water-repellent finished fabric features excellent washing durability, dry-cleaning resistance and unaffected water-repellency against repeated abrasions.
